The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has gained the support of the youth sector from the province of Rizal to build a resilient, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable province through Project TRANSFORM (Transdisciplinary Approach for Environmental Sustainability and Resilience through Multistakeholder Engagement). Launched on February 29, Project TRANSFORM in Rizal brings in multistakeholder collaboration projects for environmental protection and disaster resilience. DENR Secretary Antonia Loyzaga (right) led the ceremonial turnover of seedlings and met with the youth organizations during the project launch in Antipolo City. On the same day, the youth planted more than 100 various Philippine native trees in Hinulugang Taktak Protected Landscape. The DENR will provide more than 1,000 various seedlings to the provincial and local governments of Rizal for environmental conservation in the province.#
