Cimatu, who heads Task Force Build Back Better (TFBBB) has stepped up rehabilitation efforts in provinces affected by the typhoon with the immediate creation of Regional TFBBB in Regions 6, 7, 8, 10, Caraga and MIMAROPA. TFBBB was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 120 issued by President Rodrigo Duterte on November 18, 2020.
