The Philippines, through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), in collaboration with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), hosts the 18th Meeting of the Executive Committee (ExCom) of the Warsaw International Mechanism (WIM) for Loss and Damage on February 28 in Makati City. The meeting discussed funding arrangements responding to loss and damage, and the five-year strategic work plan relevant in fulfilling the reporting mandates of the ExCom.
