Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Ramon J.P. Paje delivers the Philippine statement during the high level signing ceremony of the Paris climate agreement held April 22 at the UN headquarters in New York.  Paje said the Philippines, a highly vulnerable developing nation, has already taken steps to pursue national actions to address climate change through its intended nationally determined contribution (INDC).  Paje signed the Paris agreement by virtue of a special authority from President Aquino. ###
