Members of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) chorale and NAMRIA Chief of Staff Rowena E. Bongalos (10th from left, front row) receive from Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary for Field Operations – Luzon, Visayas and Environment Juan Miguel T. Cuna (9th from left, front row) the symbolic cheque in the amount of P40,000 for winning the 1st prize in the Himig Pasko sa DENR chorale competition held on December 9, 2022 at the DENR Central Office Multipurpose Hall in Quezon City. The group’s performance garnered the highest score of 96.8 percent among 16 competing chorales from DENR regional offices nationwide. DENR National Capital Region and Region 9 won 2nd and 3rd place and received cash prizes of P35,000 and P30,000, respectively. The competition is one of the highlights of the 2022 DENR Year-end Employees’ General Assembly.###
