Gaddi (right) signs as witness to the signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Rotary International District 3830 and the Samahang Kawayan ng Karugo Agri Farmer’s Association (SKKAFA) to strengthen their partnership for the Marikina Watershed Reforestation and Livelihood Project.
