Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga (center) joins Malu G. Erni (left) and Major General Augusto D. Undersecretary Erni, who is also designated as the Chief of Staff, previously held the position of Executive Director in the National Resilience Council, Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation, and Petron Foundation.
