Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Central Office employees offer white flowers in honor of DENR environmental heroes who died in the line of duty or had exemplary track records in protecting the country’s environment and natural resources during their stint with the Department. Posthumous awards were also given to these men and women for their bravery and courage during the 3rd Environmental Heroes Awarding Ceremony held in conjunction with the Earth Day celebration on April 22, 2022 at the DENR Central Office multi-purpose building. ###
