Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Antonia Loyzaga (2nd from left) and Norway Ambassador to the Philippines Christian Halaas Lyster (3rd from left) discussed possible areas of cooperation on circular economy and extended producer responsibility during a courtesy call meeting on April 24 at the DENR Central Office in Quezon City. Norway is currently the Co-Chair of the High Ambition Coalition to End Plastic Pollution with Rwanda.
