The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), in collaboration with the National Resilience Council (NRC), Energy Development Corporation (EDC), Peace and Equity Foundation (PEF), Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF), and the City Government of Ormoc, launches Project TRANSFORM, a transdisciplinary approach for resilience and environmental sustainability through multistakeholder engagement, during the DENR Multistakeholder Forum – Visayas held in Iloilo City on January 18. The project will be piloted first in Ormoc City, and will be implemented in other local government units in succeeding months.
