Environment Secretary Roy A. Cimatu(3rd from right) proudly displays the Certificate of Recognition awarded to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for successfully establishing a Quality Management System Certified to ISO 9001:2015 in compliance with Executive Order No. 605 s. 2007. The certificate was given by the Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) during the 7thGQMC Recognition Ceremony and Public Sector Quality and Productivity Improvement Forum held on October 24 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City. The event recognizes agencies that have successfully earned ISO 9001:2015 Certification and showcase the benefits gained from the establishment of QMS. The DENR earned its ISO Certification on March 2019.
