On February 6, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Antonia Loyzaga (seated left) and Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) Director General Dr. Joel Joseph S. Marciano Jr. (seated right) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to use satellite imagery in the creation of the national environment and natural resources geospatial database, and in other related programs of the DENR at the DENR Central Office in Quezon City. Also present as witnesses of the MOA signing are DENR Undersecretary for Integrated Environmental Science Dr. Carlos Primo C. David (standing left) and PhilSA Deputy Director General Dr. Gay Jane P.
