Adorable (middle) award the Original Certificate of Title (OCT) to retired teacher Nimfa R. Lawas of Suarez, Iligan City for the land she has been occupying since 1982. Lawas also received the OCTs on behalf of her fellow recipients from Lanao del Norte and thanked the DENR for assisting them in the land titling process. DENR Region 10 distributed a total of 415 land patents to beneficiaries from Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental as part of its Handog Titulo Program. It was held at the DENR Regional Office in Cagayan de Oro City on May 6. ###
