Environment Secretary Roy A. Cimatu (6th from right) leads the ceremonial switch-on of the sewage treatment plant (STP) that will ensure that no untreated wastewater reaches Manila Bay. The STP, located in front of the Manila Yacht Club in Roxas Blvd., Manila, will treat wastewater from the drainage outfalls of Padre Faura, Rajah Soliman, and Manila Yacht Club.
