The program is a key strategy to address the continuing mandamus of the Supreme Court to clean Manila Bay.The equipment includes a backhoe, 55-ton crane with a clamshell, barge, and tugboat. SMC will provide the manpower and fuel for the operation of the machines. The groundbreaking ceremony for the dredging of the Tullahan-Tinajeros River System was held at the Centennial Park on February 24.###
