Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Land Management Bureau Director, Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis (right) discusses the implementation of DENR Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2019-10, which sets for new guidelines on titling procedures in Palawan, Sarangani, and South Cotabato, where titling suspensions were lifted.
